- Allan Majotra is currently Director at Axon Capital, a leading Southern European VE/PE firm. Previously, he was the Head of Business Development and Marketing at eBay. He is a former Sloan Fellow at London Business School. He has also worked as a Vice President, Investment Banking group of Union Bank of California (Mitsubishi UFJ), raising capital for companies in the media, retail, energy, and technology sectors. Previously, Allan also founded a leading e-commerce and Internet company. He has also worked at the UN and the Mitsubishi group. Allan has served as an advisor to businesses, and lectured on entrepreneurship, Internet, and marketing. Recently, he collaborated with PwC on a consulting project on technology MNCs. He has also served on the committee for the UK VC-Deal of the Year award and a summit on social networking. His primary interest areas are: finance, strategy, marketing, in the technology, Internet, energy, media, venture capital, and retail sectors. Allan is a Spanish national and has worked and lived on four continents. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and conversational in four other languages.
